    Yasin Valimulla is currently the CEO & Founder at The Luxury Address Real Estate advisory firm. He moved to Dubai in 2009 having pursued a career in the property & investment sector in the UK for 5 years. Based in Dubai he works as director of sales within the prime and super prime residential sector with a focus on Palm Jumeirah, Beachfront developments and luxury villa communities.

    As a founder he is an integral part of the fabric of Dubai real estate brokerage, having previously worked in senior roles as a director and partner for a number of leading Dubai brokerages including Knight Frank and Fine & country.

     

    He is active in promoting properties not only domestically within the GCC but also to his database of international high-net-worth individuals which he has worked with in the past 10 years.

    Yasin is a seasoned Property Professional with over 18 years of real estate sales and management experience. He has successfully held senior positions within Dubai based brokerages as well as Countrywide estate agents and his own investment company GVM Property Investments back in the UK.

    Yasin has a wealth of experience and has achieved record sales volumes being responsible for selling over 2 Billion AED worth of Real estate between 2009 - 2024 Yasin is also very active within the Dubai network of agents with his fresh approach to both branding and marketing himself.
